In a bout of mid-life crisis, Nick cashed in his chips as a Digital manager—and dove head first into his dream of making the most delicious ice cream around! Guess what?—it worked! The right side of Nick’s brain has conjured up some of the most exciting flavors you’ll ever set your tongue on. And his perfectionistic tendencies guarantee that only the finest ingredients are ever used.
